All Playstations are repaired by Fixtronics at Unit A , 5/7 Paul Matthews Road, Albany, Auckland. You can call in there directly or take your Playstation to your closest store so they may send it away for you. Faulty consoles under warranty are replaced with Exchange units which will take between 1 - 6 business weeks depending on which console you have.
