- 1. The purchase must take place within 7 days of the lower price having been advertised.
2. Product must be in stock at both our store and the competitor’s store at the time of the price match
3. Product must be an exact match, including new-boxed product, make and model
4. Price Promise does not apply to any product(s) redeemed from Bond+Bond in (or in partial) satisfaction of an insurance claim or third party redemption scheme.
5. Products that are lowered in price under our Price Promise cannot be combined with any other Bond+Bond promotion (bonus gifts), competitor promotion or credit offer.
6. Price Promise applies only to regular, in-stock product offered for sale from a local retail home appliance dealer – excludes (for example) limited quantity offers, manufacturers clearances, discontinued merchandise, stock liquidations, ex demo models, trade offers, trade-in offers, parallel imported product, ebay, trademe, private individuals, trade accounts and discounts, purchases direct from any supplier or warehouse outlet and whereby the Bond+Bond store is unable to verify, using reasonable means, the validity of the price/quote or advertisement.
7. Internet only retailers, auction and clearance sites will be excluded.
8. All other retailer website product offers will be considered where the product is the same. "Same product" is the same supplier, brand, make, model, year, packaging with the same inclusions and same purchase date, and whereby none of the exclusions in these terms and conditions apply.
9. Price matching cannot be used with any other promotion or installation, delivery or rebate offer.
10. Price Promise does not include typographical errors, quantity discounts, membership programme pricing or similar,
11. To be eligible for our Price Promise, you must present either an advertisement or a quote card from an eligible competitor in order for us to fulfill the promise
12. The Bond+Bond Store reserves the right to verify the evidence of the identical product sold at a lower price.
13. The Price Promise may be terminated or amended at any time without notice and is subject to Bond+Bond stores usual terms and conditions of trade.
14. The information you provide the Bond+Bond store will only be used to provide the Price Promise refund to you or to discuss with you your Price Promise claim. Personal shoppers only, trade not supplied.
